Terms & Privacy

1. Who you're talking to

Every profile on Lumamour is a fictional character. The women you see, their photos, posts and messages are generated by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, cannot meet you, and nothing they say is a statement by a real person.

To keep conversations safe and good, members of our team may review conversations and may write in a character's voice, for example when the AI can't answer properly or when safety needs a human. They always stay in character and follow these terms.

2. Age

Lumamour is for adults only. You must be 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed.

3. Payments

Gold and creator subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Unlocks, gifts and tips are one-off purchases for digital content and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

4. What you send

Photos, videos and voice messages you send are stored to keep your conversations and are processed by AI to generate replies. Don't send anything illegal or anything showing other people without their consent.

5. Your data

You can delete your account and all your data at any time under Profile → Delete account. It takes effect immediately.
